During our discovery phase, we found that customers use digital means to re-assess their needs as they get closer to conversion in the new car buying process and often consider brands and models not previously explored. This was the point of opportunity for Lexus Hawaii to leverage its brand online in the luxury automotive market.
Our approach to the overall design was simply to capture the essence of the Lexus brand: clean, luxurious and sophisticatedly simple, while offering an attention-grabbing and visually interesting user experience. This approach was coupled with a mobile-first mindset and a robust and sophisticated back-end CMS that allows the marketing team at Lexus Hawaii to keep the site in-tune during each seasonal roll out of new vehicles.
