Position: Mid Level Software Developer

Reports to: Software Development Manager & Architect

Mission: The mission of the Mid-Level Software Developer to effectively work with a team to develop world-class software and to deliver it to our clients in alignment with our company’s core values.

  • Customer Satisfaction (M) - Average Net Promoter Score of 9.0 or higher across all products and/or services delivered (team grade)

  • B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science or Equivalent Field

Administrative (1)
Position: Program Support Coordinator
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
FLSA Status: Full-time; Exempt.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Department: Human Resources

Primary Responsibilities: Provide program support coordination which entails oral and written interaction with Stakeholders, activity supervisors and employees, vendors, instructors, and other offices to perform the following:

Essential Duties:
  • Assist in coordinating training and events for personnel and serve as the point of contact for facility and IT personnel, vendors, instructors, and session attendees.
  • Prepares registration package, training binders and materials, and transports them to class location.
  • Responsible for maintain training website with current information on training events and other development information.
  • Assists in creating training course announcements and distributing to training coordinators.
  • Maintains list of available classrooms, including location, hours or operation, capacity, special equipment, etc.
  • Disseminates announcements to proper recipients, receives application packages and assemble and review packages for approval.
  • Research, collect, and assemble data and information needed to select vendors and courses, to formulate decision papers and respond to data calls and requests for information.
  • Generates and prepares reports and graphs to display required information or highlight issues.
  • Organizes and maintains files and other repository systems to support archiving and retrieval of training documents and records.
  • Responds to email and voicemail within one workday.
Other Duties:

  • Attends educational courses (as required or on a voluntary basis) it relates to duties and responsibilities.
  • Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands: Able to sit for a long period of time, approximately 80% of time on the job is spent sitting down.

Education and Experience: Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year university. Three years in a position of responsibility that includes client services, office administration, marketing, and/or supervisory duties.

Mission: The mission of the marketing specialist is to execute on RevaComm’s strategic marketing plan and collaborate with the executive team to implement marketing strategy and tactics that aide in growing the business. The marketing specialist will also work with RevaComm clients to pitch, strategize, implement, manage, track, and report on digital marketing efforts.

  • Marketing Services - Be able to write white papers and other marketing materials that support initiatives to market services and projects to target audience. Execute and optimize display marketing and ad words campaigns that maintain an acceptable conversion rate. Responsible for Search Engine Optimization efforts that continually increase search result ranking.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction from our clients.
  • Internal Marketing - Execute and help shape strategic marketing plan and that generates qualified leads to support revenue goals.
  • Project Schedules - 95% on-time delivery of software products
  • Product Quality - Incorporate digital marketing best practices.
  • Activities - Assist in creating and executing top-shelf online marketing solutions. Responsible for tracking marketing efforts, weekly, through analytics and other means.
